As part of the booking process (Meetergo tool): first name, last name, and email address. This information is transmitted to Infomaniak, via its video conferencing tool kMeet, which finalizes the appointment, generates the call link, and sends confirmation emails.
If you contact me by email (contact@marion-coo.com), that correspondence is also hosted by Infomaniak. No other data is automatically collected on this site: no separate contact form, no account creation, no advertising tracking.
3. Purpose
This data is used exclusively to organize, confirm, and follow up on our exchanges. No secondary commercial use, no unsolicited outreach.
4. Legal Basis
Performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, in accordance with Article 6.1.b of the GDPR.
5. Whether Data Provision Is Mandatory
Providing your name and email is necessary to arrange a conversation. Without this information, it is not possible to process your booking request.
6. Retention Period
Your data is retained for as long as necessary to manage our professional relationship, then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable legal and accounting obligations.

The site is hosted by Infomaniak, a Swiss company. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission, ensuring a level of data protection deemed equivalent to that of the European Union. No other transfer outside the EU/Switzerland takes place.
